About the Host
Anthony Stewart, The Mixologist, has dedicated himself over the past 4 years to gaining proficiency in the art of healthy and delicious food preparation. He believes that we eat first with our eyes and that proper food preparation also means that the appearance must equal if not surpass the taste. “No white salt, no white sugar and use the healthiest cooking oils you can find” is his mantra. He publishes a recipe magazine called, The Mixologist in which he shares his culinary skill with his readers. His motivation behind the publication is, “To get people back in the kitchen making delicious and healthy meals the family can’t wait to eat.” He believes that no restaurant should be more desirous to eat at than home.
