About the Host
Nicci Roach currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion and the Senior Director for Community Engagement at Webster University. At this same institution she serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching Women in Management and Diversity and Inclusion.
With a mission to position women of culture for celebrated contributions, she launched Covenant Exchange, LLC. In 2014, she established Conversations on Rethinking Possible...Women of Color Leading the Way. This panel format speaker series provides women of color a community to share insights on finding purpose, overcoming barriers, establishing confidence, sustaining success and more.
In March 2015, Nicole served as a mentor for the sold-out St. Louis Business Journal’s Bizwomen Mentoring Monday event. In 2012, she was recognized as a Diverse Business Leader by the St. Louis Business Journal and was appointed as one of the inaugural Webster Global Leadership Academy fellows. In 2011, she was selected by Delux Magazine as one of St. Louis’ Women Power Players of 2011. Other recognitions include NSN Black Business Woman Who Rock, 2011; Gateway Classic African American Citizen of the Year, 2011; and YWCA Leader (Lunch 29), 2009.
